Applied Practical Technology (APT) has many years of experience in the field of stand-alone debit card, keypad, and coin-controlled cost recovery. Primary applications include cost control with respect to the operation of photocopiers, laser printers, and microfiche equipment, among others. Custom interfacing to specialized equipment is possible. Photocopy and/or printing cost recovery (i.e. for stand-alone or networked laser printers by means of custom interfaces or ITC Systems' control software) is available.
Point-of-sale methods (interactivity with certain standard cash registers), institutional meal plans, equipment rental tracking, all using ITC Systems' hardware and/or software can also be implemented.

APT's main area of operation is the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Canada. Travel to other areas is possible by special arrangement.
